Imagine if you will a the fact that 2+3=?. Not hard, it's simple elementary mathematics.
Now imagine that you do not know for certain the actual value of 3.
What if three could be equal to 4 or 0 depending on the circumstances surrounding the + sign.
Now you know the bane of my existance that is property law.
It's easy as long as you know what is going on, it is terrible when you don't.
